<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Accra, Ghana—TERIA</strong> Foundation and its partners have opened a call for artists, creatives, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), vendors, and other businesses to participate in the Lapaz Streetfest 2026, scheduled for December 25 and 26 at Lapaz in Accra.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The festival, which will run from 10:00 a.m. till late each day, will be held under the theme “Rhythm of Unity” and is expected to combine music, dance, fashion, food, culture, tourism, creative arts, entrepreneurship, and community development.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The organizers say the festival is being developed in line with the vision of Ghana’s Black Star Experience, which seeks to position Ghana as a leading destination for authentic cultural, creative, and tourism experiences while creating opportunities for local communities, young people, and businesses to participate in the tourism and creative economy.</p>
<h3>Streetfest listed on Ghana Tourism Marketplace</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Lapaz Streetfest has been featured on the <a href="https://gtm.com.gh/event/lapaz-streetfest">Ghana Tourism Marketplace</a> through the portals of the Ghana Tourism Development Company Ltd. (GTDCL), in collaboration with the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA) and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">According to the organizers, the connection with the tourism sector reflects the broader objective of using community-based events to promote Ghanaian culture, local tourism, creative enterprise, and economic opportunities.</p>
<h3>Artists, creatives invited</h3>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Performing artists, musicians, dancers, DJs, cultural performers, comedians, and other creatives are being encouraged to express their interest in participating in the festival.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The organizers say the event will provide a platform for participants to showcase their talents, connect with new audiences, and promote their brands while contributing to the celebration of Ghanaian culture during the Christmas season.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">SMEs and vendors are also being invited to exhibit and market their products and services during the festival.</p>
