Renowned Human Rights Advocate Dr. Joseph Wemakor Honored at UN@80 Conference

presented an Equator 4000 Professional Hair Dryer to Dr&period; Wemakor&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The item was handed over by Ambassador Chief Jihad&comma; President and Founder of the Chief Jihad Foundation&comma; to support a vulnerable girl who has completed hairdressing apprenticeship training but lacks essential equipment to earn a living&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Dr&period; Wemakor pledged to personally visit a community&comma; he highlighted challenges confronting Ghanaian youth&comma; including limited participation in policymaking&comma; unemployment&comma; digital misinformation&comma; and vulnerability to social vices&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He also spotlighted HRRG’s Nationwide Sensitization Campaign on Kidnapping&comma; Teenage Pregnancy&comma; and Tramadol&sol;Drug Abuse &lpar;KTT Project&rpar;&comma; which has educated over 60&comma;000 Ghanaians on critical human rights&comma; public safety&comma; and social protection issues&period;
