and the Justice Revived Foundation &lpar;JRF&rpar; persist tirelessly in their pursuit of justice for Ama&comma; her mother&comma; Stella Tetteh&comma; has made a desperate plea for public assistance to support her struggling family&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Investigations by HRRG and JRF reveal that Ama’s ordeal began in February 2025&comma; leaving her three months pregnant and profoundly traumatized&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The primary accused&comma; 45-year-old mason Clement Kwame&comma; along with a group of accomplices&comma; allegedly subjected Ama to repeated sexual assaults often in group settings and without protection&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The case was officially reported to the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit &lpar;DOVVSU&rpar; in Madina on July 13&comma; 2025&period; However&comma; concerns have been raised over how the investigation is being handled&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Reports suggest that Clement Kwame was briefly detained&comma; paid an undisclosed sum&comma; and then released without further prosecution&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Stella Tetteh&comma; a 41-year-old unemployed mother of four&comma; is struggling desperately to provide for her family under dire circumstances&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Her husband&comma; Eric Jonas Ntepreko&comma; Ama’s stepfather&comma; is currently detained on charges of child neglect&comma; pending further investigations&comma; which has further strained the family both financially and emotionally&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;We find it hard to even get a meal each day&comma;” Stella tearfully told HRRG and JRF&period; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;I am begging Ghanaians to help us survive this nightmare and to care for my children&period;”<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Adding to her anguish&comma; Ama&&num;8217&semi;s current whereabouts remain unknown to her mother&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Sources indicate that Ama was placed in a shelter&comma; reportedly through the intervention of Hon&period; Francis-Xavier Sosu&comma; Member of Parliament for Madina&comma; with assistance from the police yet without informing Stella or her family&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Stella’s efforts to contact the MP for information about her daughter’s location have gone unanswered&comma; leaving her distraught and fearful for her child&&num;8217&semi;s safety&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>HRRG and JRF have expressed deep concern over this lack of transparency and communication with Ama’s family&comma; questioning the circumstances surrounding her placement&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>On July 14&comma; 2025&comma; Hon&period; Sosu addressed the Speaker of Parliament to clarify what he described as misleading media reports about Ama’s case&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He stated that&comma; according to police information&comma; Ama is 14 years old&comma; pregnant&comma; and that she had sexual encounters with 18 men&comma; not all at the same time&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He mentioned that two suspects have been detained and that efforts are ongoing to apprehend others&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Hon&period; Sosu also pledged to provide legal support through his firm&comma; F-X Law and Associates&comma; and to coordinate with the Medical Director of Pantang Hospital to ensure Ama receives urgent medical and psychological care&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>He reaffirmed his commitment to advocating for stronger child-protection laws and supporting Ama’s family with medical treatment&comma; counselling&comma; and legal aid&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>However&comma; HRRG and JRF have expressed frustration with Hon&period; Sosu’s statement&comma; noting that it failed to acknowledge their pivotal role in uncovering and exposing the crime&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>They also raised concerns about discrepancies in his account&comma; such as Ama’s age and details of the assault discrepancies they believe rely solely on police reports without independent verification&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>The organizations insist that their investigations&comma; which are based on Ama’s testimony&comma; confirm that she is 13 years old and was gang-raped multiple times by over twenty men in group settings&comma; often without protection and led by Clement Kwame&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>HRRG and JRF are calling on authorities to take immediate action&comma; including&colon;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<ol>&NewLine;<li>Swift &amp&semi; Transparent Investigations&colon; Accelerate the arrest and prosecution of all involved&comma; especially Clement Kwame&comma; to ensure justice for Ama&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<li>Comprehensive Support for Ama&colon;
